Some lovely pictures of the girls walking by the canal. Looks a nice autumn day for this.

Other pics are Halloween of course, I think Tabitha is feeling a bit weird dressed up like this from the expression of her face.

How quickly they are growing up. Isabella is four on 23rd November and Becky tells me she was the only child to write her own name on her tea towel by herself and get it right - WELL DONE BELLA!

Well done Alex and Ebba

Ebba and Alexander are Swedish, John my son is the daddy and Fia is the mummy...xxx They live in northern Sweden in the lovely town of Ostersund.


They both play Table tennis or pingpong... and are :-

Ebba county champion for girls 14 & under & 15 & under !

Alexander county champion for 17 & under !

Both directly qualified to the Swedish Championships.

Saturday walk at lunch time

I am on our roof terrace and taking this picture of Brian walking Valentina. It is a lovely day and would you believe it we have had lunch outside in the sun.

Pedro and Adrienne are coming tonight to have a fondue and then over the road to watch Barcelona play.

End of week sees John and Kay coming to their apartment and June and Dennis too. Busy week ahead soon.

Otherwise we are keeping fit walking the dog, eating less and going to bed early. (Early dog walks!!!)
