Damien is showing Brian the extent of the land included in the sale of this house. The paddock they are looking at could be rented out to someone with horses or cattle to keep the grass down.
At least there won't be any new homes built on this piece! There are many estates popping up in Kingaroy and we have been to see them but not very much land, if any, goes with them.
